9.3     TRANSPORTATION & LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY/PLANNING:  Public Hearing on GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 614/CHANGE OF ZONE 6669/TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 30105 - EA 38596 – Austin Linsley – Antelope Valley Area – 3rd District, 33.06 acres, Schedule A.  Recommendation of Planning Commission for adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for environmental assessment 38596; Tentative Approval of GPA 614 to amend the Sun City/Menifee Valley Community Plan from Residential 7-10 Dwelling Units per Acre with Neighborhood Commercial to Residential 2-4 Dwelling Units per Acre; Tentative Approval of Change of Zone 6669 to change the zoning from General Residential (R-3) to One Family Dwelling (R-1); and, Approval of TR 30105 to subdivide 33.06 acres into 99 lots with a minimum lot size of 7,200 square feet, and two detention basins.
