Recommendation of Planning Commission for certification of Environmental Impact Report 446; Tentative Approval of General Plan Amendment 570 to change the subject site’s land use designation per the Jurupa Community Plan from Agriculture/Development Reserve to Category 2B Residential (2-5 DU/AC per RCIP; Approval of Change of Zone 6595 to change the zoning designation from A-2-10 to R-4 on 68.2 acres of the project site, and from A-2-5 to R-4 on the 37.2 acre remainder; and, Approval of Tentative Tract 29677 to subdivide 105.4 acres into 1 open space lot and 426 single family residential lots with a 6,500 square foot minimum lot size. 9.3 TRANSPORTATION & LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY/PLANNING: Public Hearing on GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 614/CHANGE OF ZONE 6669/TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 30105 - EA 38596 – Austin Linsley – Antelope Valley Area – 3rd District, 33.06 acres, Schedule A. Recommendation of Planning Commission for adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for environmental assessment 38596; Tentative Approval of GPA 614 to amend the Sun City/Menifee Valley Community Plan from Residential 7-10 Dwelling Units per Acre with Neighborhood Commercial to Residential 2-4 Dwelling Units per Acre; Tentative Approval of Change of Zone 6669 to change the zoning from General Residential (R-3) to One Family Dwelling (R-1); and, Approval of TR 30105 to subdivide 33.06 acres into 99 lots with a minimum lot size of 7,200 square feet, and two detention basins.
9.4 TRANSPORTATION & LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY/PLANNING: Public Hearing on FAST TRACK No. 2003-07 for CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 3392 – Blue Rhino Corporation/Lauth Property Group – Rubidoux Area Plan – 2nd District. Recommendation for adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for environmental assessment 38945, and Approval of Fast Tract Conditional Use Permit 3392 to establish a propane recycling facility for tank refurbishing and cylinder filling.

9.6 EXECUTIVE OFFICE: Response and Consultation - Tribal Environmental Study for Proposed Wastewater Treatment System for the Morongo Band of Mission Indians.
