(Applicant) – University Zoning District – Highgrove Area Plan – 5th District. Recommendation of the Planning Commission to deny the applicant’s appeal and denial of PP 23815. An appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision to deny PP 23815, which proposes the continued operation of an existing 35 foot high undisguised wireless telecommunication facility, approved on September 15, 1998, with a life of 10 years.
