AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE APPOINTING

DIRECTORS TO RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICTS


The Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, Ordains as Follows:

 Section 1. In accordance with the provisions of California Public Resources Code Section 9314 as amended by statutes of 1985, Chapter 704, the following candidates are appointed Directors of the following Public Resource Conservation Districts:

 

a. Coachella Valley Resource Conservation District:

Eddie Walker

Marty Walton

 

b. Elsinore-Murrieta-Anza Resource Conservation

District:

Howard Deutscher

Richard D. Steffey

 

c. Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District:

Alfred B. Bonnett, Jr.

Charles Colladay

Roy Takeno

 

d. San Jacinto Basin Resource Conservation District:

Clyde C. Christensen

Frank Endres

Geo. J. Hammerschmidt

 

Section 2. The term of office for all Directors appointed in Section 1 of this Ordinance shall commence on November 28, 1986, at noon and shall expire on November 30, 1990, at noon unless otherwise provided by law.
