1.0 EXECUTIVE OFFICE: Budget Hearings
OPENING COMMENTS
County Executive Officer Bill Luna mentioned that the Registrar of Voters budget will be considered after the July 13, 2012 Registrar of Voters report. He also mentioned Susan Loew, Department of Social Services is going to speak on homeless shelters.
Supervisor Stone questioned the number of layoffs expected this year.
County Executive Officer Bill Luna mentioned through arbitration and retirement and layoffs expected to reach 1,500.
