OPENING COMMENTS
Supervisor Ashley requested Emergency Services give a report on the State of Emergency due to the extreme weather conditions.
Supervisor Stone requested a Proclamation declaring a local emergency be added to the agenda.
1.0 Findings and Determination that an item may be subsequently added to the agenda of the Board of Supervisors.

1.0 Ratify the Proclamation declaring a local emergency in Riverside County executed by the Director of Emergency Services, Bill Luna.
