16.3     Chuck Boers spoke regarding the approval of a vacation on Caravel Lane and the need for a public turnabout on Cibola Circle.

 

16.4     Zack spoke regarding his rental house that a tenant is living in without paying rent and he is unable to evict or get reimbursed for the loss of rent.

 

16.5     Roy Bleckert spoke regarding the redistricting process and asked the Board to do what is right and keep the communities together.

 

16.6     Dr. Richard Rogers spoke requesting the Board to adopt a COVID emergency resolution to allow landowners to live in their RV on their property while they develop the property.

 

16.7     Kris Pillow spoke regarding littering in Riverside County.
