AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
RELATING TO AFFIDAVITS FOR CASH STATEMENTS
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 24355.1 the affidavit required to be executed by the officer collecting cash as specified in Government Code Section 24354 or 24355 may be executed by a deputy, designated agent or assistant of such officer.
