AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE APPROVING THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE BLYTHE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 1
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, ordains as follows:
Section 1. The Blythe Redevelopment Agency (the AAgency@) is in the process of preparing Amendment No. 3 to the Redevelopment Plan (the AAmendment@) for the Blythe Redevelopment Project No. 1 (the AOriginal Project@). The Amendment proposes to add territory (the AAdded Territory@) to the Original Project, which Added Territory contains certain real property located within the terrritorial limits of the County of Riverside (the ACounty@), contiguous to the City of Blythe and within the City of Blythe Sphere of Influence (the ACounty Parcels@), more particularly described in Attachment AD@ of the Amended Redevelopment Plan for the Amendment (the AAmended Plan@) on file at the office of the County Clerk.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 33213 of the CCRL the Board of Supervisors, on May 11, 1999, by County Ordinance No. 789, authorized and designated the City of Blythe and the Agency to undertake the redevelopment of the County Parcels in all respects as if the County Parcels were within the territorial limits of the City of Blythe.
Section 3. Pusuant to CCRL Section 33213, the Board of Supervisors hereby approves the Amended Plan.
